Delego grows out of the platform ADM-Concept builds for a Belgian underwriting agency in life and funeral insurance: policies, premiums, arrears and brokers in one place. We are turning it into a platform for every underwriting agency, and we are looking for agencies to help shape it as design partners.
What is already built
Not mock-ups: all of this already exists in the platform for a Belgian underwriting agency.
Premiums
Premiums from the premium history, single premiums, and a reminder when a first premium stays unpaid.
Arrears
Arrears letters, with the right to send them checked again on every click.
A portal for your brokers
Your brokers update customer details themselves, with a task for your back office, and order their printed matter.
An API for brokers
Portfolio, premiums, arrears and documents, with documentation and a test environment with made-up data.
Told right away
Webhooks report a change to the broker immediately; the broker follows up the notifications.
Demonstrably compliant
A complaints register with roles, sanctions screening that turns a match into a task, and permissions checked at the moment of saving.

Who builds it
ADM-Concept, a Belgian software house since 1997. The platform works in Dutch, French, English and German. You get help in Dutch, French or English, from the people who build it.
